Morning, folks. :) I wanted to write an update in regards to tonight's stream. It will be the start of what could likely be my most ambitious one to date. I shall be starting Rune Factory 5 , which is a game I've looked forward to for quite some time. With that in mind, I spent a little time musing over how to go about it- The RF games are a bit on the long side in regards to their main stories, most usually having postgame content. So to keep things at a steady pace, I will endeavor to update my schedule- For the weekends, friday through sunday, specifically, I shall stream the customary two hours a stream. During the week, if I am able to, I shall stream for about an hour a night. I'll need to spend a little time adjusting my audio setup, but tonight's stream should start at the usual time of 6:30-8:30pm, EST , on my twitch channel. https://www.twitch.tv/cefelix I hope you'll come and watch, be it for a bit, or the whole two hours. After considering the situation with my stye eye, it's putting me on a bit of down time, so in an effort to alleviate some of the financial loss it will cause me, I have decided to try something. I would not normally consider this, but given how much time I have on my hands, it's worth a shot. I am offering a special on commissions: A single character work- if it's a lines draft, it'll cost $10. If you want color added, $15. If anyone is interested in the offer, just send me a note, and we can discuss things up from there. This offer will likely be up for a good while, so if you need to take time to figure out what you want, feel free to.

Evening, folks. I've been musing on this for a while, and I've decided to give opening up commissions again. So let's get to basics: Offerings/prices: Basic sketch - $10. (fullbody) Basic lines - $15 *Flat color - $20 *shading/lighting $ 23 *: Coloring will be done digitally. Additional characters $7 Background $5 (more depending on complexity) Rules: 1. If your commission is accepted, it's for one work in the batch. This is intended to allow folks to get in one commission, if possible. - 2. If you commissioned one work in an old batch, and wish to commission another in a new batch, bear in mind that I may put that one last. This would give others who tried to commission in previous batches a chance to have their in. 3. Folks requesting commissions must have an idea of what they want- (the mediums and options) described above). I am open to discussion on details in notes, if necessary.

D-Day comes again, and sadly to little or no fanfare, these days. For those who are wondering what's the big deal, I'll tell you. In 1944, World War II was in full swing. The Allied Forces were mounting to invade the fortified shores of Nomrandy, France. Dubbed Operation Overlord, the American, Candadian, and British troops would invade from five separate points, fight their way their way through the entrenched Nazi forces to open up a path to invade Berlin, the seat of power for the Third Reich. But there were many difficulties- most of the tanks that supposed to provide support didn't make it to land, German gunners were already shooting at the transports before making landfall, meaning casualties before even the Allied troops made landfall. Under the tempest of gunfire, bombs and the screams of men in pain or dying fall, what started on June 6 ended in August, with France liberated from Axis control and paving the way for the invasion of Berlin and a major turning point for the Allied Forces. As a student of history, I feel it necessary to take time at this point of year to remind those who wish to listen of the price our predecessors paid for the freedoms we regrettably take for granted in this day and age. This was a terrible time for the world, yet there were many good people who pushed aginst the tide of evil. If anything, the veterans of this war deserve reverence and gratitude. And while this journal isn't much, I hope it helps to honor their memory. Morning, folks. :) It's been a while since I posted a journal, and there's a lot to cover, so let's get to it: As of this past wednesday, I'm on vacation for the remainder of the year. Granted, this year

has been crazy, and travel's a no-go, it doesn't mean one can't take a proper rest. But so far, I've been enjoying taking things easy, along with the comfort provided by a heatable vest. :) Next up, regarding art- I have or two things in the works, but tomorrow, I'll have to turn attention to a secret santa project for the Mega Man Legends Station. Those usually take a little time, or a lot, depending on what I'm assigned, but I'm sure whateve it is, I'll have it done in time for christmas eve. The third item regards my network/streaming situation. Last week, I had been unable to stream, due to network issues. I found the cause- we had just gotten a smart tv into the household, a week before, and it's eating up a lot of bandwith when in use, so I ended up

getting a wi fi extender. I'm testing it on my laptop for now, and I'm seeing some good improvements. I may use it for my ps4, later on. But for now, things are a bit more under control. And I think that's it in a nutshell. Hope you folks are enjoying your holidays, so far. :)
